SCHEDULE

8.30pm – 9.30pm
BEGINNERS CUBAN SALSA (level 1).
Created Especially for Complete Beginners
Explore the fundamentals of Cuban Salsa, including: technique, timing, body isolation, and the skills of leading and following.

IMPROVERS CUBAN SALSA (level 2).
The program covers essential social dance patterns along with partner fundamentals, the ‘lead-follow’ concept, posture, effective communication of common dance movements, and a solid understanding of musicality.
